PLAN MODIFICATIONS
 

We will modify one of our stock plans to meet the client's specific needs.  Modification is a cost-effective method to personalize your home plan, often costing less than and original custom home design. 
 

Browse our selection of plans.  When you have selected a plan, which approximates your needs, contact us to discuss your desired modifications.  All modification costs are quoted on an individual basis, to include design, engineering and any additional services you may require.

We suggest that all potential home plan buyers first purchase a STUDY SET.  A STUDY SET is a full sized blueprint and includes four exterior elevations and floor plans.  The use of a STUDY SET allows the buyer and constructors to familiarize themselves with the plan and specified construction methods.  This familiarity makes it easier to determine what changes are needed, which modifications are feasible and cost effective, and ultimately results in more effective communication with the design and construction teams.
