Q. How many sets of blueprints do I need?
A. You will need one set for yourself, one for your mortgage lender, two for your local building department, one each for subcontractor.

Q. Can I have the blueprints copied?
A. All our blueprints are protected under the copyright law, and cannot be copied. It is more cost
effective to purchase additional sets.

Q. Can I return the plans?
A.Because our plans are protected
under the copyright law, we can not allow refunds or exchanges. Please
double-check the plan number when ordering, and be certain that you are
ordering the correct plan.

Q. Do we make modifications to these plans?
A. We may have staff available to customize your choice of plans. We do have personnel ready to answer
your questions about our plans and discuss the feasibility of your changes.

Q. Why aren't truss plans, HVAC and plumbing details included?
A. Local
codes and climatic conditions dictate the design loads and engineering
of these components. Local suppliers and contractors provide these items.

Q. What is included in a Material List?
A. Our Material List include a quantitative list of the following: foundation
concrete, re-bar and supplies, framing lumber, siding, trusses, windows,
doors, interior millwork and trim, railings, paneling, hardware and fasteners.

Q. How often do we release new plans?
A. We are continually creating new plans. These new plans are made available
as soon as they are completed. Please bookmark this page and check back
often to see the latest plans from MARK SCHMIDT, DESIGNER.

Q. What is a sales page?
A. A sales page order provides the purchaser with two copies of an 8 1/2" x
11" graphics page which displays the front elevation and floorplan(s) in
a format similar to the onscreen displays seen on this web site. This "sales
page" can be utilized in sales brochures and advertising.
